We installed a 38 panel system with 10kw battery storage on a commercial building. The roof was a metal trapezoidal structure, and we positioned the panels to avoid the skylight windows. The system is configured to generate the daily usage requirements for the business and charge the installed batteries for energy to be released during non-daylight hours. The client already had an EV charger installed which the solar panels now feeds giving a generous reduction in his car charging costs. This client took advantage of the government grant system available at the time which contributed towards the cost of the installation.
